I did not notice this on the last update, so if it was already bugged then you're aware, but checking Dark Obliteration on Arachnos Soldiers and Widows shows its Damage to be 1.79 without enhancement, other versions of the power appear to be correct.
The other Soul Mastery powers for VEATs do not seem to be showing incorrect info.
Edit: Okay, noticed Mode: PVP was active (weird I never turn that on), changed to PVE and it appears fine. Switch to PVP and it goes down to 1.79. So still valid bringing it up (unless PVP does change it to 1.79 ??? yikes)

It was probably just left "PVP" to on; on the last build after we were done debugging it. You're not going crazy, lol.

Edit: Having just checked the detailed info in-game, I stand corrected. There is definitely a disagreement. Scroll down for details.
Actually, that should be the correct average value for PvP Dark Obliteration.
PvE:
50.05 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
PvP value:
5% chance of 35.80 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
The key is that there's only a 5% chance of dealing damage with Dark Obliteration in PvP. 5% of 35.80 is 1.79.
Now, I'm not saying that's how it should be, but I'm pretty sure if you check the detailed info in-game or actually test the power out in the arena, you'll find that's how it's behaving.
Compare that to how the power seems to be defined for a Brute, on the other hand.
PvE:
37.54 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
10% chance of 37.54 Negative Energy
5% chance of 37.54 Negative Energy
PvP:
17.90 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
10% chance of 37.54 Negative Energy
5% chance of 17.90 Negative Energy
Again, this is how it's currently defined to behave, not necessarily how it should behave. The Brute definition for the power also seems to be goofed up.
What probably should be happening is this:
Brute PvE:
37.54 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
10% chance of 37.54 Negative Energy
5% chance of 37.54 Negative Energy
Brute PvP:
17.90 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
10% chance of 17.90 Negative Energy
5% chance of 17.90 Negative Energy
VEAT PvE:
50.05 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
10% chance of 50.05 Negative Energy
5% chance of 50.05 Negative Energy
VEAT PvP:
35.80 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
10% chance of 35.80 Negative Energy
5% chance of 35.80 Negative Energy
Edit continues here
According to the detailed info for Dark Obliteration in-game, this is how the power should behave:
Brute PvE:
37.54 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s (against minions and underlings)
Brute PvP:
35.80 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s (against minions and underlings)
VEAT PvE:
50.05 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s (against minions and underlings)
VEAT PvP:
47.74 Negative Energy
-5.63% ToHit for 10.00s
+5.00% Rage on self
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s
+400.00% taunt for 13.50s (against minions and underlings)
Now, that's not to say that we haven't seen errors in the in-game detailed info that didn't mesh with the actual behavior of the power, but there's definitely a discrepancy somewhere.
Knowing how the powers database is generated, my instinct is to suspect that the in-game detailed info on the power does not actually reflect the true behavior of the power. Unfortunately, I don't have a VEAT I can use to test that theory.
