Huh.  Good catch.  I never noticed we had two of those templates before.

I am ambivalent in my preference, but SaintNicster makes a good point.

We could just make one a redirect to the other. Then people won't have to remember which one to use.

Didn't even see this before I went through and fixed it. BossName -> Boss Name, and I deleted BossName. Can recreate and make a redirect if. Don't think it is necessary (since very, very few novice editors even use BossName). If people see a redlink broken template with BossName, the first thing they'll do is add a space.
