I'm trying to verify all my badges on all my toons - I have two issues.
1. I have two game accounts with different globals and I suspect any badges that are on one character that are determined to be "account-wide" seem to be automatically adding - since I'm showing 3 AE badges on all toons added thusfar whether they have that badge or not. I've only tried adding toons and badges from one account thusfar, but I will be getting to the second account very soon and am wondering about the behaviour of "Account -wide" badges. One account has Author, the other does not - it's an easy fix to remove them for each toon on the second account if needed, though I'm not sure they will remain "removed" each time I log in - will they come back or remain "removed". I'd really rather not have two titan keys, one for each account just to save the effort of keeping my badges accurate.
but slightly more aggravating is issue #2 that I'm having but it should be easy enough of a fix...in theory
2. Customizer has been showing up on all my characters - I have it on my main hero badger but that's it - I think it's listed in your database as an account-wide badge. It is not. I agree that it /should/ be account-wide, but the devs apparently disagree as this one is not account-wide.
I'm not much of a hardcore badger, but accuracy of what is reported is incredibly important to me. If I find any other badge errors I will pass them along as well.
Specifically regarding Customizer:
How long ago did you earn it? At one point, it was not an account-wide badge.
Now it is an account-wide badge.
If you earned the badge on a character before the badge became account-wide, then it will only show up on that character right now.
Try logging in a character that does not have the badge. Go into the Architect editor and "republish" an arc with custom enemies (you don't need to make any changes.) You should be awarded Customizer on the character.
Now log out and log in another character that has not been awarded Customizer. You should be awarded Customizer when you zone in.

HeroStats & Glycerine read the global handle on a character-by character basis, so you can have multiple global names underneath one Titan account. That's why there is a dropdown at the "My Account Badges" (http://cit.cohtitan.com/manage/global_badges) page.
There are a couple of possible confusion points here, that we have yet to clear up. An example being the "pilot name" listed on the profile page (see here (http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,2610.0.html) for details).

Thank you for the info, I'll have to go back and get it again globally then :) also, thank you for tracking by globals, I will be checking the other thread about issues with multiple globals.
Sorry it's been so long without a thank you, I forgot I'd posted it until I went to do more verifying :)
