How come, when I go to "Characters \ Statistics" from the top menu bar, sometimes I get the statistics from all players, sometimes from my characters only ?
And how do I do to access my statistics directly ?

Click the "My Account" link (nothing in the drop down itself)

My guess is that you probably are hitting the wrong link without even realizing it, since the character specific page is in the same layout. If you do notice the swap again, can you be sure to post the link used to get to that page, and what page you came from?
And how do I do to access my statistics directly ?

OK, it's the "my account" link.
Not really obvious indeed, I must have hit it a few times without even knowing it.
