The above Build gives me 50/47/46% def to Melee/Range/AoE; is cheap on the end use per second for the togs, plus three different Range click AoE moves (Spring attack/Lightning Rod/Shield Charge). Please let me know how you would change this, if at all.

Have to agree with HEATSTROKE on taking Grant Cover over One with the Shield.The DDR is worth it for the Imperious Task Force
alone.
Cool, always forget that DDR is part of Grant Cover. Just so used to the clickey button of saving my butt that I forget some aren't necessary.
I had a decked out perma-hasten softcapped to all electric/shield brute while the game was live. I had this problem where I'd always want my brutes to be scrappers and vice versa. That one was no exception.
I hear ya, always wanted my tanks to do decent dmg, not necessarily scrapper level but not slow as molasses when fighting solo either. Anyone here think that Tanks should have gotten a dmg buff when solo (similar to what they did for defenders)?
