I know a few people have these. I got some great advice from perfectkismet on how to get hitpoint cap and high regen. Here's my build for taunting Hamidon:

What would the "Brute" version of a hamidon taunter look like?
It's a bit tricky.
With a Brute, you can use the above build as a guideline, but there's a bit more needed to be a solo taunter. In my opinion, having 1-3 /Pain and at least 1 /Cold Corruptor gives a Brute the tools needed to occupy the Hamidon. Brutes can't get to the HP cap on their own because of enhancement AT modifiers. With Frostworks from a /Cold (for HP capping) and Painbringer from /Pain (to maximize regen), any Brute would handle Hamidon just fine. Willpower can make it a little less dependant on other ATs, but you'll still need at least 1 Frostworks and 1 Painbringer to be an effective "solo taunter".
Well im gonna roll this on Virtue, which means you have to roll a toon on virtue and have it to 50 by the first week of august to do a hami Raid with me.....and stuff!
I hate the way they do raids on Virtue, so that ain't happenin.
You COULD make some kind of Corruptor on Triumph so I'll know there's one more experienced player for our raids. We need more /Rad at villain raids. Hero, doesn't really matter what you bring at this point.
I actually have a nrg/kin at lvl 48 on triumph...but i only took 2 actual attacks cause of the KB of most of theother powers and the nuke, plans for this toon are mostly support any way. But I could easily roll a /rad. I have a dark/rad on another server that is great but i never play him..so i may re-roll that toon on triumph...or just transfer it.
Syrusb,
I will be interested to see how you like the wp/fire tanker...i have 1 /wp brute that is good...but have never been able to get into fire on tanks or brutes...i have a ice/fire tank that is fun...but by far not my favorite. i have a buddy that has a ss/nrg brute that is devastating in pve/pvp.
That tank will prolly be my next project, once I get my two Justice Defenders slotted with IOs (retrofitting), and a couple of my other 40somethings hit 50.
I have a 39 Shields/Fire Tank that has been plenty of fun. I know I like WP, and now I know I like Fire Melee so odds on the wee tank are pretty good.
The biggest problem I have is the planned build absolutely does not figure in for exemping below... well 38. My attack chain is horrible! So when I start playing it again I will have to make a leveling up/exemp build.
