Yah no prob, I've actually seen this happen before to another User and helped them, then another in which Steiner is refering to (probably) which was sent to us via the Support Emails. For the life of me I cannot explain it....it's rare as all get out though...

Ok, found the cause, this wasn't one of those freak ones thankfully :P. When you created your Titan Account, you did not use the same Email as your old Faces Account. So when you Logged into the Faces Site, a New Account was created.
No worries though, I've combined them and now your original Account is active again....please make sure everything is ok and you can actually log in lol. Your Profile needs to be Updated because that information doesn't carry over.
