You might remember these from the Trick-or-Treat event but I'm wondering about the permanent versions that used to be available for purchase from the Paragon Market. I've checked the P2W vendor but I didn't see them there. Does anybody know if they're available in the current version of the game? I'd like to use one for a character concept.
