Isn't there a place where someone remade the COH Forum and you could still post on it?
You can view the old forum on the web archive site, but you can't make new posts. A google search should bring it up.
They went a step beyond that... they remade the old City of Heroes website before shutdown too. Unfortunately the forums are riddled with errors.
