I'm Still trying to figure out the best way to slot my 50 Radiation Armor tank. Any suggestions?

I'd 5 slot Tears of the Unicorn where possible.

Yup, just go with SO's and slot each power with a different enhancement.
Accuracy, Endurance Discount, Damage, Recharge Reduction, Debuff, and ToHit
