Problem is fixed now, thx to a reinstall, but...
Anyone know what can cause this to suddenly start happening in Win8? It was fine one day, then not. PC and demos worked, but Icon was fubared. putting in a new Icon.exe didn't fix it. Just a corrupted file, maybe?
