Title: Cannot log-in to Paragon Chat

Hi

I am using my titan logon but continuously get the error "XMPP unable to connect. Pls chat your XMPP log-on details"

I have doule-checked and triple checked  and am using the login from titan

It's probably another antivirus problem. Turn the antivirus off then try logging in.

Also if you have a firewall running, even the default windows one, make sure it's not blocking Paragon Chat somehow.

Outbound firewall, either on your PC or at your ISP, is about the only thing I can think of that would cause that.

Since you're able to get to the forums, and since the bootstrap was able to download paragon chat itself, it sounds like just port 5222 (XMPP) is blocked.

You could test that with a generic chat client like Pidgin.
