Can anyone help?

Trying to log into Paragon Chat but getting a message, "File zone.cfg could not be located".

This is preventing me going any further.

Did you use one of the installers (tequila or island rum) to install the CoH client? Or did you download Paragon Chat and manually put it in the CoH folder?

Actually, the message reads "zone.cfg could not be loaded".
I have downloaded Tequila to my laptop and run it. It brings up the Paragon Chat login box but after a few seconds then puts up the message quoted above.

Ah. What you can try is navigate to %APPDATA%\Paragon Chat\ and delete that whole folder.

Rerun Paragon Chat and it should download the files you need.

OK Did that and no change.

Usually what "zone.cfg could not be loaded" means is that the file is corrupt or invalid in some manner. Something in the file is there that shouldn't be or something is missing that should be there.

Do you have the zone.cfg file open somewhere?

Are you running Paragon Chat in Administrator mode?

Is Paragon Chat in the right directory?
