Is it good. Are we down for playing?
Played when it first came out for about a month. It was...a twist on a WoW cookie cutter. If you are wanting something resembling CoH at all this is almost as far from it as you can get.
There's a discussion going on here in this thread (http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,7888.0.html), too.
Played it in beta - wasn't impressed.
If you like the new "dodge the red patch of death" mechanic that infests online games these days, then
it's the game for you. Not casual friendly at all.

This.

Actually i don't mind that part, FFXIV and ESO have it and i enjoy those games*, but aesthetically Wildstar was like an even more cartoony scifi themed WoW and i found the game mechanics and writing to be less than enthralling.
IMO, YMMV, OVWP
*The newer CoH trials tended to use it as well.

I don't mind the red patches IF it's fairly rare and only used by the End Bosses.
But in the newer games, it's almost every frigging fight, and I just don't like the constant dodging it
forces you into.
I had to give up Neverwinter because it finally popped a tendon in one of my right fingers - repetitive stress I guess.
It's just too much, I want a fairly straightforward game like CoH where I can target an enemy and just fight.
None of this juking and zig-zagging. I strongly dislike the FPS style of fighting.
