Did this really boost def toggles (Frozen Armor, Scorpion Shield) for as long as you kept the toggle up? Read it somewhere on the internet, so it must be true. Anyone have first hand knowledge? Thanks!

Yes.
It even boosted click defense buffs such as the Force Field bubbles or Fortitude or Vengeance.
No, it boosted clicks for as long as the clicks' buffs were active, but it wore off on toggles when power boost wore off.

This. Toggles reactivate often and replace the previous buff at least once per second, so as soon as Power Boost's buff drops, those go back to normal.
Clicks like ice shields or Farsight, however, keep the boosted amount for the full duration. Main reason I picked it up on my Bots/Time MM.
It boosted def toggles for 15 secs, the duration of PB. Non-toggles (for example force field bubbles or fortitude) were boosted for their entire duration.
Good, I feel better about not knowing something that wasn't true. One of my my mains was Plant/Ice/Ice, that would have been embarrassing. Good tip on Farsight, though. Thanks!
