I found my old install and put icon on. Is there a way I can retrieve my toons from the client?!?
Not directly no. Character data was stored on the servers, not client-side.
However, if you saved the costume files and/or the power customization files,
you can just do a reload to a new "basic" character and be right back visually.
[Not that the power customization files would really matter, since there's no powers...]
