I loved the Sierra Gaming products from the late 80s and 90s which was most of my childhood and early computing years. Unfortunately about 1999 the franchise and company fell apart for a variety of reasons. I thought I would never hear or see of new King's Quest in my lifetime, but a new group has the title and provided the attached preview.

Interesting.
For fans a few years back I got nostalgic for these and found some of the old ones fan-remastered. Some very authentic (but nicer looking), some extended adventures. I'm sure google will find 'em. (Hopefully the new interest won't take down the efforts *cross fingers*)
Very nice, I loved some of these games. May have to check them out.
I wish they'd reboot a lot of the old adventure games, Heroes quest, Police Quest, Space Quest, Monkey Island, etc, etc.

I will dig up the article that hints to Space Quest and Police Quest. All the trademarks and rights have sat on a shelf for a number of years and the current owners who were fans as kids basically asked "Why the Hell are we sitting on this?" I think if KQ works out we will see a number of these titles return over the next 5-7 years as they align resources. If KQ flies off the virtual shelf then I would say the next 3-5 years.
