Hey! I just got a new computer, and I've downloaded coh and tequila, but what to I do next to get playing again?

You download several months of patience. The game is not playable. All we've got is ICON at the moment.

Yeah, but the patience server is slow, and it keeps doing that fake timeout thing that servers sometimes do, where it drops active connections for "inactivity" even though there are no lost packets or other errors.

The problem is that this is MP3 compression, and patience connoisseurs can really feel the gaps and distortions in the overall patienceness.  For those who demand hi-fidelity patience, I suggest upgrading your computer/iPad/androidDevice with sufficient memory to run the uncompressed version.  (Of course you may need to wait a few generations before that much memory becomes available, allowing you to practice manual patienceness in the meantime.)
