I want to make a PvP build for my Rad/Sonic, fully IO'ed please, but I want him to be good for teaming as well, I assume ss, invis, recall friend are wanted for both PvP and PvE..

What type of PvP you focusing on the most (I know you said you want some teaming ability, but not what you want to focus on the most)? 1v1 Arena, Zone, or Team Arena?

This can determine your power choices.

Also, any price caps?
