Print Page - Failed to Launch Process

Title: Failed to Launch Process

So I just downloaded via the Tequila program. Everything appears to be downloaded, but when I press the Play button I get an error "Failed to launch process!". Does anyone know what this is and how to fix? I'm on Windows 7.
