Tequila Trouble

I'm having trouble with Tequila.

Following the instructions at Titan Icon installer for Windows: Tequila!, I downloaded it into my documents folder. But I failed to put it within its own folder within the documents folder. So Tequila filled my documents folder up with files all mixed in together with all of my non-Icon stuff.

I caught it early, and deleted the things that I could identify as being game files. Then I put Tequila into its own sub-folder in documents and started over. But Tequila just put everything back into Documents.

So I have two issues:
How do I remove or move all these dozens of game files from my Documents folder?
How do I get to tell Tequila to put everything in the folder it's now located in?

Any help would be appreciated.

Open tequila and while it's downloading files go to the Options screen, you will be able to change the folder from there. Close it after that, reopen it, and it'll start downloading to the new place.
