but I just remembered that the reboot of Gerry Anderson's Thunderbirds, called Thunderbirds Are Go! happened and just watched a few episodes. If I had a cam on me I would have the biggest smile. Anyways it's a joint British/New Zealand production with effects done by Weta. It's a rather seemless mix of CGI and physical/practical effects. And it's a billion times better than the live-action film.
Yes it's kids fair so the action and plot isn't all that deep but ... these guys were one of the first costumed/uniformed heroes that I remember as a kid in the 60s.
