Newbie player looking for help - Staff Fighting - Super Reflexes build

Hello everyone !
I played back in they days, but Staff fighting wasn't even in game.
I'm not a CoH/V veteran, i'd like, if you please, some help in order to have a solid PVE build for endgame, i'm currently lvl 25 :).
I really hope i'll find some help here, in order to be valuable in groups !
