I thought I'd read that the new queue is supposed to give a choice of Fleet and Lukari marks.
I've just started collecting Lukari marks, and ... I never want to do Gravity Kills ever again. They give you a half-hour timer, and it took us half of it just to destroy the first station (at which point, I thought "Oh, finally, that took forever", before realizing there were still two more stations to destroy, and then a boss who literally took no damage at all for several minutes). The timer had long since run out before we actually finished the mission. My ship blew up more times in that one mission than it had in all the weeks since I got that particular character his T6 ship (possibly more times than that character's ship had blown up, period). It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had with the game.
I quite like The Tzenkethi Front, the other Lukari Mark Space queue, though. Hopefully the new one will be more like the latter than the former.
I still never run this, btw.. it's like you say. Murder.
You know what, though.. I bet there are people in the game that can beat that thing in a team of T5's (or lower..) with Blue gear (or lower..). Because they know what works well with what and how to implement their plan of destruction.
That's cool. I am actually inspired by people like this, not intimidated. There's people like this in every game I've really liked. People that ...know the game. And can play the game, very well. I wish I knew the player's name in CoH that got me to finally play a good melee toon to the (my) max. I mean, he just inspired me how he wiped out.....everything. A regen/claws Scrapper. When I saw people like that in EQ, they inspired me. They inspire me in CO - they inspire Nerfs, in CO, too - and at an agonizing trickle.
Anyway, your post made me think of this train of thought and this train of thought brings me to my latest attempt to be a good regen/claws scrapper..
Zee Wargames Kitted Warboid:
I did not get the final piece in the set... But I still might. I opted for the Iconian Singularity and all of its goodies over the final Set power and not impressive Singularity in the Wargames set.. I say this because I don't know if there is a graphic for the full set, like there is for Iconian. There's a stylish arcane type paint-job for getting a full Iconian Set - which, I highly recommend if you ever considered it. It's a great set. So is the Wargames set.
Even though I was happy with the paint job this Pilot Warbird looked kinda plain, before, really.. Nice look now I think. All the blue lighting is Wargames graphics. The engine in back crackles with electricity and the deflector in the nose has a kinda disappointing Flashlight graphic that you are spared of, above.
