Title: Anyone Have/Remember This Fan Video?

I'm trying to track down an old fan video my husband and I used to love from CoH. It was this toon trying to be a villain in Atlas Park. He ran over a controller with a truck, blew up another hero by telling him his shoes were untied (and planted a land mine) and went by screaming, "Rikti rikti everywhere! Game over man!" And I think this thing was made before City of Villains was out. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
