Nice pick. Dark is one of the handful of secondaries that makes Ninjas into a powerhouse.
-You took the Commanding Presence Placate/Taunt Resist unique. It's only really useful if you plan to PvP. Edict of the Master/Soverign Right uniques would work out better for your pets.
-It looks like the build may have some endurance problems but since you didn't take Smoke Flash, you won't be spamming many powers. But the Theft of Essence proc could help you out in Twilight Grasp.
-Tar Patch is a pretty important to have and recharging quickly since it has a 30% dam resist debuff on your enemies.
-Darkest Night could be slotted better with 4 Cloud Sense IOs.
-Soaring IO set in Fly is kind of a waste since you fly at maximum speed with 0 fly speed IOs. Just slot for end redux and KB resist.
-Train Ninjas and Kuji In Zen can due without the recharge IOs
-The amount of slots you put into end reduction for Acrobatics, you could have simply slotted 3 Karma KB protection in in Combat Jump, Maneuvers and Weave.
-I do recommend taking Fearsome Stare to ensure your pets have equivalent softcap (through -ToHit debuffs). With Shadow Fall, Edict of the Master unique, Fearsome Stare and Darkest Night, your pets should be softcap to all damage types/positions. I don't trust Dark Servant to do that job for me.
-Howling Twilight is a monster power. A massive PBAoE stun/slow/fear which can be used anytime (No dead teammate required). Get it recharged as often as possible. Use it to prevent deaths near the start of a battle.
Here's a build I would probably roll with if I made a Ninja/Dark MM. Just combined my Ninja/Thermal and Zombie/Dark builds with a few minor adjustments. With a Fearsome Stare, softcapped to S/L/E; with Fearsome Stare and Darkest Night, equivalent softcap to everything.
