The blimp may not be the same on all servers.  I know this because my man on Defiant, Monster-Man, used the blimp to travel from Monster Island (far north Peregrine Island) to Atlas Park!

How did you do this? Any time I attempted to land on the blimp, the effort resulted in futility - I slid off.
