Can't download Glycerine

Hey, when I go to the Glycerine download link on the home page (url http://cit.cohtitan.com/download), I get the following:

Table '' doesn't exist
I'm not where I can diagnose it right now, if one of the other site maintainers catches this post, can you please have a look at it?

Well, from the outside looking in, I would guess that someone changed or removed the "***********" file.
