You are correct. This has come up before.
However, I didn't ever see an answer in the previous thread regarding the program and database versions that were currently installed, so that's still a valid question.
(Shortly after that, the discussion switched to an issue of not being able to see Task Force Commander in the Accolade popup - which is different from what I understand the issue to be here.)
That being said, let's start by eliminating the program/database versions as possible culprits before we go too deep into the rabbit hole.
