You know, one of these days I'd like to see an action costume that isn't black ...
Beyond that, I'm sorta with Phil. If I've known someone by one name for two years and they suddenly go by another I might have trouble remembering to call them by the new one.
I like Fitz-Simmons, although Fitz was hard to deal with during the crazy cripple portions of last season. Character-wise, the only thing I don't like is the double agent whose name escapes me. He just doesn't work for me as a psycho.
That's the one. I'm terrible with names. His turn was a WTF moment for me and not in a good way. And every leap away from redemption they've made since has been that much worse.

Well one is dead, no?
Wait, is one of the Strucker twins dead or were you talking about the Maximoffs?
Ah, I meant the Strucker twins https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fenris_(comics)
So.....
Two potential ideas occurred to me about next week's episode ...Spoiler for Hidden:Spoiler for Hidden:
I'm calling it now - that killer Inhuman will turn out to be Andrew.
That was my first thought. Then I thought it was too obvious. Then I started considering all kinds of unlikely people - like Ward or the gal in charge of the government group they've been reluctantly working with.
The planet has moods... Ego?
For the first half or so, I felt like the episode was just spinning its wheels...
So, does anyone else think that Coulson is just playing the sap for now to figure out what's her name's endgame?
One would hope so, otherwise he needs to be kicked out of the spy union.
As Malick blithered on, I became bothered by how familiar he sounded. Eventually, I was bugged enough to hit IMDB and find out he was Grodd in Justice League.
Great. Strike Ward down and he shall become more powerful than you can imagine...
I know. It just annoys me. Because the whole Ward situation annoys me and I've grown sick of his face.
That whole setup was bunk.
Quake's outlook about the vaccine was bunk.
Even though they can't use X-Men - they don't mind ripping off X-Men 3.
I'll say it: I loved the scene in the bar.
And it leaves wiggle room for them to come back later if need be.Or, you know, spin off into their own series. (http://www.denofgeek.us/tv/marvels-most-wanted/245313/agents-of-shield-spinoff-marvels-most-wanted-official-description)

I thought that was shelved. Would be cool though.Shelved temporarily and then greenlit.

Mini Mack? Should've gone with Little Mack. Could've got him some green shorts and started him on his boxing career.

The energy shield was cool.
Stole that from the Cap comics from quite a few years ago.
Cap's shield was shattered so Tony Stark made him that energy shield to pop out of his glove when he needed it.
Glad to see now with CGI they could make it look so awesome.
Didn't he have that during a stint as Nomad, too? Or was another guy taking on the Nomad role using it?
In any case, the important part is that Coulson is now a Shield tanker... and that the shield looks cool.
Your post made me wonder why I hadn't read it. Turns out it's because the people who did chronological x-men missed including it somehow. Definitely going to read it now since wiki says it was inspired by kingdom come which i just finished and loved.
Sounds fun. I had them nicely tucked into my heartbreakingly beautiful organized folders so the looking for them took less time than it'll take to copy them over to my tablet for reading.
They could also easily do a plot line similar to what happened after House of M when Quicksilver exposed former mutants to terrigen, just with genetically manipulated humans. Could easily see next season going in that vein with them having to hunt down a whole passel of people who got powers they couldn't control and weren't exactly desirable.
So instead of a Cajun, Gambit's a Redneck now? ;)
Front and center with the Sokovia Accords this week. Very nice.
It wasn't even subtle. The topic of registration factored heavily into parts of the episode.
Oh, no, it wasn't the flaming chain... 'twas beauty killed the beast...
I was like "oh no you didn't" at that moment.
I was trying to be sarcastic.
It was like they had a big hammer with "Sokovia Accords" written on it and constantly hit us over the head with it the entire episode.
And I didn't mind it, tbh. :)
Why are we assuming someone's going to die?
Ah. Then here's hoping it's Lincoln.

Kinda been wondering for a while if the AoS writers have read Earth-X. Now I'm really wondering.
Just finished reading all of those. So insanely good (well, Earth X anyway. the others are great too, but have their ups and downs) that I have trouble believing anyone who'd read Earth-X could in good conscience write anything remotely like AoS in the same universe.
spoiler tagging the following for those who haven't read Earth X or don't care.Spoiler for Hidden:
