Gencon - Carpool?

Hey everyone!
I'm really considering going to gencon this year. I even have a friend offering me space to crash. Thing is...

Paying 400 bucks for a plane ticket makes me cringe. 200 I can do...but not 400
Bus and train takes twice as long as it would to drive myself
But
I just can't do an 11 hour one way trip on my own. I just can't.

So, I'm wondering if anyone is traveling from the East coast (I live in Albany NY) and would like to carpool. I'd split the gas and driving. I can meet halfway even.

I can leave any time on the 15th, earlier the better. I can even leave the day before.
Schedule on the 18th is more open. I don't have to be back at any particular time.

Just a note -

I was looking through travel stuff and noticed I can get to Cleveland, OH pretty cheaply. So, if someone's driving to Gencon from Cleveland, OH anytime on Wednesday, August 14, and wants a passenger ...

Again, I'll split gas & driving.

Same for leaving anytime Sunday, August 18
