Title: Updating the left-hand navigation bar

So I just noticed something. The navigation bar on the left of the wiki has a link to redtomx. However it is using the old like http://www.redtomax.com/ while the Titan Network homepage is now linking to http://tomax.cohtitan.com/

Since the two urls go to different sites (the cohtitan one is being updated and the old redtomax one isn't) we should probably fix that. I'd do it myself but i have no clue how.

It's located in MediaWiki:Sidebar, but I'm not sure if that one can be updated by anyone who isn't an admin.  Anyway, I'm on it.
