Fiery Embrace problems?

So for several issues now my Mids has been showing Fiery Embrace applied to ALL attack powers of any melee class I've created in Mid's.  IE, it shows base damage + fire damage effect from FE on every power, all the time.  I don't even have Fire Armor ON most of these builds, but they've got FE applied across the board.

So today I totally un-installed my Mids, deleted the directory, & re-installed from the fresh 1.9 update.  It worked as it should until I changed my damage display settings to display minimum damage, and then the FE effect re-appeared magically on the Axe/EA brute I was working on when I did it.

Any ideas/suggestions?

I don't know if Diellan specifically addressed this, but I can't reproduce this in my copy of the upcoming bug fix version.

1.9 had fixes to the Fiery Embrace code (for example, to make it work with Lightning Rod), so it might be here. I'll make note to check this myself, since there hasn't been any changes between 1.9 and 1.9.1 that would affect this.
