Unfortunately, NC$oft (and the rest of the world) knew that DPRK's missile technology doesn't work
worth a crap, so even if "Great Leader" did get all pissy, there's no real teeth in his barking... 
They were (probably) in far more danger from the missile in Warburg than those in North Korea.
